Our journey so far

Gurudwara Sahib Durham Region which is registered as Guru Nanak Sewa Community Centre was established in 2014 by the Sikh Sangat of Durham & other regions. Durham Gursikh Spiritual Centre preaches the Sikh beliefs as bestowed by Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji.

On December 20th, 2015, with Waheguru’s grace, an inauguration ceremony took place & the door were opened for a permanent Sikh place in Durham Region at 1410 Stevenson Rd. North, Oshawa.

Currently, this place have been temporarily closed and is going through engineering design phase to meet the city re-zoning regulations and by-laws. On March 2024, we got the city approval to build Gurudwara and now have applied the building permit.

As, this place is running through a development phase, and seeking a huge support from the Sikh community in Durham & other regions.
